The Black Amendments are laws that apply within the company, where all other laws in the country don't apply. Unlike the American amendments of the U.S. Constitution, the Black Amendments give the Senior Partners specific rights that would normally be illegal or applied to everyone.
Nothing much is known of what the Amendments consist of, though some snippets have been given. The only known numbered amendments:
